Vincent Willem van Gogh
Vincent Van Gogh was born in Groot -zundert, in the Netherlands on March 30, 1853, his father was a pastor Dutch Church, and was supposed to become one day a pastor at the church, like his father.
Named Vincent on his grandfather's name, and he has a brother older than him with the same name but died on his birthday.
And in 1869 he knew his uncle art trade to take a suitable location to work and was happy at those moments, but soon felt despair and quit his job in 1876, and after a period of time a great evolution of the Van Gogh and felt that the real career to become a priest, his family sent him to Amsterdam to learn theology in 1877, but failed in the exam.
Van Gogh when drawing first panel was a 27-year-old did not wait for the one to teach him and did not look at himself as he became a great age, and was the first successful his works is a painting eaters potatoes in 1885 .And he was also known as Van Gogh's self for his paintings where he drew himself more than 20 times to discover new skills between the two years 1886 and 1889.
He was painted most of his paintings without a brush where he publishes paint directly from the tube also. Van Gogh he drew most of his paintings famous starry night when he was staying at the psychiatric hospital in Saint-Remy-France because of neurological troubles which he suffered.
This painting draw a landscape imagined outside his room at the clinic, and wrote to his brother Theo at that time, "die like a trip to the stars, you can die in peace if you go there on foot," and the painting now housed in the New York Museum of Modern Art.Van Gogh friends of the artist Paul Gauguin, the famous rolling cut off his ear about the incident, the story months he says that Van Gogh had cut off a small portion of his ear because of a fight with Gauguin.
There is an interesting fact about the great artist van Gogh, on July 27, 1890, shot himself trying to commit suicide in a wheat field in Ophir France. But he did not die immediately, and sat near his younger brother Theo, who supported all his life, and died two days VII July 29 in 1890 after a 37-year-old.
