Classical school

Also known as - the traditional school -; an intellectual technique works on the application of administrative sciences, economic and human life, and named after the classic; because it is considered the first school, focused on establishing rules, private management and the basics, adopted on the economy directly.

This school is also associated with the capitalist economic thought, which depends on the existence of financial abundance, and that money is the main axis around which all economic activities, such as: competition between the companies, and the province to do business properly, to ensure the success of the enterprise in its work.

The emergence of the classical school

The term classical school for the first time in Europe, at the end of the eighteenth century, and moved from England to France, and relied on the theory that everyone has his own personal interest control his behavior, no different from the public interest.

Classical school ideas evolved rapidly with the advent of economic thinkers who have adopted working on them, and were keen on the development of classical economic thought, including: Adam Smith and David Ricardo, to become a classical concept, part of the stages of economic growth in Europe.

The principles of the classical school

Classical school based on a set of principles, including: human economic object: is the principle that the human sees is affected by the economic stimuli that occur around him, such as: high, low commodity prices.

Scientific management theory : Frederick Taylor is the first economic world, and administrative care of the basics of set theory, which relied on the classification of individuals according to their abilities, and skills that are commensurate with the work that it will work.

Theory of management principles : Similar to the theory of scientific management, but with a different style application, which controls the behavior of individuals, by the rules followed in the work environment, and in accordance with the four main administrative functions, namely: planning, guidance, regulation, and supervision.
